Click on one of the options under “Webshop(s)” to go to a supplier’s webshop.
Add insulation material to your shopping basket.
Place your order for the insulation material.
Under “Payment”, choose the Gift Card option and then select “Regionaal Energieloket”.
Enter your voucher code and PIN; your PIN can be found on the letter.
Click on “Pay with gift card”.

Can I return insulation materials?

Accepted Answer

If you redeem the gift card at a local shop, you cannot return insulation materials. However, you can exchange the incorrect products for the correct insulation materials in-store. Please ask a shop assistant for assistance.
Are you redeeming the gift card at an online shop? In that case, it is possible to return insulation materials. You will, however, have to pay the return postage yourself. If the online shop has cancelled your order, the amount will be refunded to your gift card. You can then place a new order at one of the participating online shops.
